Our involvement with some of the most complex environmental projects in government realms range from NEPA analysis and site assessments to secondary containment design build and fuel storage tank installations. ARGO has the applicable security clearances to conduct environmental efforts for the Intelligence Community, both CONUS and OCONUS. ARGO provides the elements of environmental planning to include NEPA documentation development, environmental assessments, site assessments, real estate advisory services and GIS mapping. The planning extends to developing permit applications for such items as stormwater management, sediment and erosion control and wetlands.
ARGO was instrumental to the success of the Delaware Bay Oyster Restoration program conducted for the Philadelphia District, Corps of Engineers. ARGO managed the purchase, stockpile, transportation and planting of the oyster beds with over 2 million bushels of clamshell over a 4 year period. ARGO received a letter of commendation for this effort.
ARGO’s environmental compliance efforts support the DoD and federal facilities with their numerous regulatory requirements. ARGO is proactive in developing solutions such as design build secondary containments for fuel delivery facilities, and effluent discharge treatment systems.
ARGO conducts site assessments for Brownfields development throughout the U.S. We are able to manage concurrent site assessments across several states and coordinate with federal and local stakeholders. These projects have ranged from a 1,100- acre former Navy training site to a 2-acre former industrial landfill with OE potential.
